House Rules
Below are the house rules, please read through them thoroughly.
BOOKING: My online booking is going to be changing starting this December for January 2026 because I am pregnant!!! My online booking will open 30 days in advance for current clients and if there is any extra availability new clients can book on the 24th of the previous month, so if you are looking to book in January your appointment will likely be accepted if you book after December 24th. If you are a new client and you try to book before the 24th of the previous month it is likely that your appointment request will be declined.
APPOINTMENT DAY: I am a one woman show which means I do everything in the salon. Please arrive at the time your appointment starts, if your appointment is at 12:00pm please come in at 12:00pm. I do my best to make sure I am right on time for each client, so if you arrive early I may not be available right away.
CANCELLATIONS: Life happens! If you can’t make you appointment, please let me know within 72 hours and we can reschedule your appointment accordingly. Less than 72 hours notice doesn’t give me enough time to fill your appointment slot which results in a loss of revenue for myself and my business.
Less than 48 hours notice will require a payment of 50% of service you missed in order to reschedule your next appointment. If you cancel your appointment the same day you will be required to pay 100% of the service you missed in order to reschedule your next appointment.
If you no-show your appointment you will not be booked again and you will be charged 100% of the service you missed.

LATE POLICY: In order to respect everyone’s time and ensure a great experience, arriving 15 minutes late or longer may result in a reduced service or rescheduling your appointment. The cancellation policy will still be in effect for these changes.
ILLNESS: If you have any cold or flu-like symptoms please reschedule your appointment, you will be turned away if you show up for your service.
ADJUSTMENTS: Should you not be happy with your service, please contact me as soon as possible. Complimentary redo’s are subject to my discretion and must be completed within 1 week of the service. No refunds will be given.
BEHAVIOUR: I am committed to creating a safe space for everyone. Any disrespectful language of any kind will not be tolerated.
